Welcome to the POTC FAQ page! Here you will find answers to common questions about our platform, including concerns related to the legitimacy of our operations and specific user queries.
General Questions
- POTC, or Power Of The Crowd, is a digital platform that facilitates community-based savings, and financial literacy within a fun and transparent atmosphere.
Users join specific “money rooms” where they contribute funds and receive payouts in a rotational manner, ensuring everyone benefits.
Yes, POTC operates within the legal frameworks and complies with all applicable laws and regulations concerning financial transactions and community-based sharing.

Concerns About Scams
- There is no “mystery person at the top” of any hierarchy collecting any funds from Power Of The Crowd, LLC. (full transparency, the government told the founder; “that as the owner; you have-to take at least $1 per year.” So that’s what Michael did.)
- POTC operates on a transparent savings model where funds are rotated among participants. There are no fictitious returns; and payouts are generated from 100% user contributions.
This is how to spot a ‘real’ Ponzi scheme: Promise of High Returns with No Risk:
- Ponzi schemes promise unrealistically high returns with no risk. We do-not do that.
- In contrast, POTC operates transparently, explaining all potential risks and returns based on your participation and your actual contributions. POTC does not practice or subscribe to the idea of promoting unrealistic promises.
Reliance on Inflow of New Investments:
- Ponzi schemes require constant new investments to pay returns to earlier investors. We do-not do that.
- POTC uses a rotational savings model where payouts are made from pooled contributions, not erroneous investments, new recruits or new entrants.
Lack of a Genuine Underlying Business Investment:
- Ponzi schemes lack real investment operations. We do-not have that lack.
- POTC is based on a clear, community-based financial rotation system, which is a recognized and legitimate practice in America, and many cultures.
No. POTC does not require members to recruit others to receive payments. Funds are not paid based on recruitment but through predetermined rotations in a savings contributors circle.
No. Our platform is in no-way based on multi-level marketing, a scheme or a hierarchy. We do not offer commissions or require selling products as part of our financial rotations.
User Concerns
- As with any financial activity, there is a risk of loss. Participants should only contribute money they can afford to risk or to lose. However, POTC is not built to allow loss of funds from any of its participants. Measures, calculations, rules and regulations have been put into place on this platform to minimize a loss of funds possibility to virtually non-existent.
While we implement stringent security measures, understanding the rotational nature of our model and our platform’s rules is crucial. Only participate with funds you can manage financially.
